3. What time can I show up for the event?

Santa is very punctual! Doors open promptly at the start time, and to ensure that everyone can enjoy the full Breakfast with Santa experience, we kindly encourage all guests to arrive on time.

4. Do I need to buy a ticket?

Yes, all guests must purchase a ticket to gain access to the room. We kindly ask that families ensure all accompanying adults have tickets in advance so everyone can fully enjoy the Breakfast with Santa experience.

5. Can I just purchase a ticket to access the room and not eat?

Unfortunately, no outside food or beverages are permitted. All tickets include a delicious holiday buffet breakfast, along with a selection of coffee, tea, and soft drinks for you and your family to enjoy.

6. Will there be a coat check?

Yes, a complimentary coat check will be available for all guests. You can drop off your coats, jackets, and any larger items upon arrival and enjoy the Breakfast with Santa experience hands-free, allowing your family to fully immerse in the festive activities, meet Santa and Mrs. Claus, and savor the holiday buffet without worry.

7. Can I reserve my seats?
