Do you offer babysitting or childcare services?

Yes babysitting can be arranged via the concierge. The 10XTO Play Centre allows children to be dropped of for up to 3 hours for a small fee.

Are family-friendly accommodations available?

Yes, options include 2 Queen Beds Premium, Studio Suites, and 1 Bedroom Suites, suitable for families.

Are connecting rooms available?

Yes, 2 - 4 connecting room combinations are available upon request.

Is the rooftop pool open?

The rooftop pool on the 28th floor is OPEN year-round from 7:00am - 11:00pm daily (adults only from 9:00pm - 11:00pm). During the summer months (June - September) reservations for the rooftop pool are required for all registered guests. Reservations are available in 2-hour increments from 7:00am - 11:00pm (per night booked) and can be made upon check-in. To view pool booking policies and requirements, click here.

How can we watch a movie in the screening room?

Guests can view our planned movie scheduled by getting in touch with our Concierge Team. Our movie screenings are offered excusively for registered hotel guests as well as current 10XTO Members. We usually show both a family-friendly and a date night movie each day Thursday - Sunday, depending on availability.
